Izzzi Lime, located in one of Dubai's oldest neighborhoods, Satwa, draws from the rich fabric of the area to create a co-living space that blends community-centric living with modern urban design. Inspired by the tightknit communities of Satwa, the interior layout features intimate nooks and open spaces that encourage spontaneous interactions and foster a sense of belonging among residents. The design reflects a new generation for the neighborhood, incorporating subtle contextual influences while embracing a brutalist aesthetic. Exposed, raw materials are balanced with pops of vibrant color, paying homage to Satwa's lively palette and authenticity. The contemporary aesthetic of Izzzi Lime ensures a dynamic and inclusive space where diversity can thrive and community bonds are nurtured.
